To achieve this, we've made substantial investments in our manufacturing facility, enabling us to oversee every aspect of tile production. Additionally, we've forged partnerships with leading yarn and polymer suppliers to incorporate UV stabilizers and other proprietary additives into our products, ensuring longevity and durability. With RC Artificial Grass & Courts, you can trust in a reliable and long-lasting solution for your artificial grass and court needs.
Material & Workmanship Guarantee
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship of the court or artificial grass surface provided to you, RC Artificial Grass & Courts offers a comprehensive warranty policy for your peace of mind. For the initial 5 years, we will promptly replace any defective material with a like product at absolutely no cost to you. From years 6 to 8, we extend a generous 50% discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for replacement material. Beyond the 8-year mark, we continue to support you with a lifelong 30% discount on replacement material.
It's important to note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, improper installation or disassembly, inadequate care, negligence, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, suitability for specific use, acts of nature, or any other causes unrelated to material or workmanship defects. Additionally, the replacement of material provided by RC Artificial Grass & Courts does not include labor costs for installation. Shipping expenses are covered by RC Artificial Grass & Courts during the initial five years and are the responsibility of the customer thereafter
